We’re looking for a dedicated Breakfast Chef who takes pride in creating fresh, high-quality breakfast offerings and enjoys working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Job Requirements

• Prepare and cook breakfast items for the buffet according to standards
• Set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast buffet during service
• Ensure all food is fresh, well-presented, and available throughout service
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and buffet area
• Assist with stock control and ordering when needed
• Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
