As a Dutch Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include addressing their inquiries with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every interaction enhances their overall streaming experience. Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking users of the web-streaming platform.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support customers with their streaming needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on platform features, policies, and industry trends through continuous training.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Dutch and at least B2 proficiency in English (both spoken and written) are required.
• Strong passion for customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer care, preferably within digital platforms or streaming services, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully paid relocation package will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
