At C Teleport, we are transforming corporate travel by combining automation, machine learning, and pragmatic commercial insight. As our Sales Executive - Aviation for the EU region, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with airlines, aircraft operators, ground handling companies, and corporate travel buyers.

This is an EU-based remote role reporting to our VP of Sales. You will join a collaborative, international environment that values ownership, transparency, and customer-centric selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory and Account Ownership: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and capture new business opportunities across assigned EU markets and key pan‑European accounts.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process; from prospecting and qualification to product demonstrations, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with airlines, charter operators and procurement stakeholders.
  • Solution Selling: Translate complex customer requirements into compelling commercial proposals, leveraging our platform, APIs and data services to solve operational and cost challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery and to surface customer feedback that informs roadmap and pricing.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as the voice of the customer for aviation within the business, providing market insight, competitor intelligence and customer needs to Product and Marketing.
  • Performance & Reporting: Build and maintain an accurate pipeline, deliver against individual targets, and provide timely forecasting and activity reports.
  • Industry Presence: Represent C Teleport at relevant aviation and travel industry events, conferences and client meetings across the EU.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in the EU and authorised to work in your country of residence. You will be comfortable working remotely and travelling regularly across Europe.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and closing B2B deals, preferably within aviation, corporate travel, or related logistics sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of airline and corporate travel operations, fare structures, charter and scheduled services, or the needs of corporate travel buyers.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional EU languages are a strong advantage.
  • Commercial Acumen: Comfortable building commercial models, negotiating complex contracts and presenting ROI to senior stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: You are proactive, organised and able to operate independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
  • CRM & Tools: Experienced with CRM systems and sales tools; comfortable using data to prioritise activity and demonstrate impact.
