At AIMMS, we’re hiring a Junior Supply Chain Consultant to help prospects experience SC Navigator in compelling demos, to implement models for new customers, and to keep live customers running smoothly through fast, disciplined support.

A Role You Can Grow Into

This is a hands-on, technical consulting role at the heart of SC Navigator—AIMMS’ supply chain design SaaS solution. You’ll work across the full customer lifecycle:

• Pre-sales – building and configuring demo models that help win deals;
• Implementation – configuring customer-specific models and getting them live;
• Post-go-live support – resolving tickets, diagnosing root causes, and escalating effectively.
  
  
  

You’ll operate on the front line (support tickets) and behind the scenes (model building and issue resolution). Over time, you’ll join customer demos and conversations—and grow into owning those interactions yourself.

What Will Help You Thrive And Be Successful

This role is entry-level, but it’s not passive. You’ll be trusted with real delivery responsibility—and you’ll do well if you bring structure, curiosity, and ownership.

You’ll thrive if you:

• Have 0–2 years of experience in implementation, technical consulting, or support within B2B SaaS or enterprise software (or relevant internships/graduate projects);
• Have a background in supply chain, operations research, mathematics, engineering, or a similar quantitative field;
• Bring strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, and enjoy working with models, data, and configuration logic;
• Communicate clearly—able to translate technical findings into plain language for internal stakeholders;
• Are disciplined in ticket tracking, documentation, and escalation;
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
