SAP HANA Senior Consultant/Manager OTC - #47118

Project Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA Senior Consultant/Manager specializing in Order to Cash (OTC) processes to support our clients in transforming and optimizing their order management and cash flow operations. This role will involve leading the design, implementation, and management of SAP HANA solutions focused on OTC to meet complex business requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP HANA OTC consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions leveraging SAP HANA capabilities to optimize OTC processes.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of SAP OTC modules, ensuring seamless operation across related systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive process improvements and digital transformations.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices in SAP OTC and HANA technologies.
• Mentor and lead junior consultants and team members throughout project lifecycles.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in SAP consulting with a focus on OTC and SAP HANA solutions.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash business processes and SAP OTC modules (SD, Billing, Credit Management).
• Proven experience in SAP HANA implementations, S/4HANA OTC transformations, or system migrations.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with international global teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement is preferred.
