About The Role

You independently execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive demand generation. You own and continuously improve our online presence (website, SEO/SEA/GEO and social channels such as LinkedIn) and marketing automation, using analytics, reporting, AI and automation to lift performance. You partner closely with B2B marketers and other marketing and commercial stakeholders, delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital execution & online presence

• Translate campaign strategies into effective digital execution across channels
• Own the execution and optimization of digital marketing activities across channels
• Execute online campaigns across SEO/SEA/GEO, paid search, social channels and the website
• Maintain and optimize the website (content input provided by internal content owners)
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality of all digital touchpoints
  
  

Analytics, reporting & insights

• Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Marketing to define and continuously improve data driven decision making
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision making
• Analyze campaign results, identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Own digital performance monitoring and campaign reporting across channels
  
  

Continuous improvement & optimization

• Continuously improve digital marketing effectiveness, processes and ways of working
• Optimize campaigns and digital journeys through testing and performance analysis
• Identify improvement opportunities in (AI) tools, channels and execution methods
• Proactively propose experiments and enhancements to improve performance and ways of working
• Stay up to date on digital marketing best practices and apply learnings pragmatically

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in a similar Product Marketeer role, ideally in a high-tech environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders internal & external across different levels
• Skilled in creating engaging content for various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms
• Experience targeting key accounts with a customized marketing approach to drive engagement
• Proven experience in SEO, SEA, social media, and website content optimization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and uncertainties
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Dutch is considered a plus
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Umbraco, CRM (Dynamics), or equivalent tools
