- Language: Dutch + English (C1)
- Location: Porto, Portugal / On-Site
- Schedule: Monday–Sunday | 24/7 Rotative Shifts
- Days Off: 2 Rotative Days
- Relocation Support: Available for Candidates with Work Permit
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Work with internal tools and systems to provide accurate solutions
- Collaborate with multicultural teams in a customer-focused environment
- Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility for rotational schedules, including occasional night shifts
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work authorization
- 1,100€ gross salary paid over 14 months
- Attendance Bonus: 150€ paid over 11 months
- Relocation support for eligible candidates with work authorization
