Jouw rol – Operations Customer Expert (Fintech Project)

Je ondersteunt Zettle by PayPal, een snelgroeiend fintech platform dat kleine bedrijven in Europa helpt:

  • Klanten ondersteunen via telefoon, e-mail en chat
  • Helpen bij onboarding, bestellingen en logistiek
  • Technische problemen oplossen (app, kaartlezer, apparaten)
  • Ondersteunen bij financiële vragen (transacties, rapporten, betalingen)
  • Een uitstekende en klantgerichte service bieden


Wie zoeken wij?

  • Vloeiend Duits (of een andere EU-taal) + goed Engels
  • Sterke communicatieve en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Klantgerichte mindset
  • Bereidheid om te verhuizen en een nieuw avontuur te starten
