From our EMEA Head Office in the heart of Rotterdam, KEEN Footwear is looking for a Graphic / Digital Design Intern

to join our Marketing team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience at a global outdoor brand, sharpen your

creative skills, and help bring our purpose-driven storytelling to life across digital and print channels.

As part of our international design team, you’ll work on real projects that reach consumers, partners and internal teams

across the world. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketers and social media specialists in a fast-paced, creative

environment where curiosity, initiative and care for the world around us are valued.

how we can build that into your internship projects.

What You’ll Do

You’ll contribute to a wide range of creative and marketing activities, including:

• Create digital assets for web, brand pages, online partners and Amazon Brand Stores.
• Create and design newsletters in line with KEEN’s brand guidelines
• Design print materials including postcards, posters and training tools
• Adapt and localize artwork for EMEA markets across print and digital channels
• Create internal assets such as presentation graphics and sell-in sheets
• Create and adapt paid and organic social media assets
• Support social media content creation and community engagement
• Support broader KEEN marketing and brand initiatives
  
  

Who You Are

We’re looking for a creative, motivated student who:

• Is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
  
  

(You must be enrolled for the full duration of the internship)

• Has a strong interest in graphic and/or digital design
• Is passionate about the outdoor lifestyle, sports and sustainability
• Has good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Is fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
• Has a creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Is organized, communicative and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Available for a 5+ months internship, full-time (40 hours per week)
• Start in June / July 2026
