Overview

Hotzone Solutions Group is a Dutch company with a first-class reputation for providing a wide range of training, equipment, security, and consulting services to the chemical, biological, radiological/nuclear and explosives (CBRNE) response and environmental protection community. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Administration Officer (CAO) to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of the company. The CAO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company
• Manage and supervise the company’s administrative staff
• Coordinate with other departments and managers to ensure that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the company
• Act as a liaison between the company and external partners and vendors
• Manage the company’s budget and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an administrative or operational management role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop effective plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Proven experience in managing a team
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in The Netherlands.
• Full proficiency in English and Dutch, both oral and written.
• Knowledge in CBRN field is an asset.
