Overview

Hotzone Solutions is a leading provider of specialized CBRN training and consulting services to the military and civilian community. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and monitoring training needs within the organization and designing, planning, and implementing training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfil those needs

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor training needs within the organization and for our clients
• Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfil identified needs
• Review existing training programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve the training programmes
• Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective
• Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training and training requirements applicable to our field of expertise
• Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions
• Collaborate with consultant instructors to make sure that they follow the training procedures of our organisation
• Ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to the approved training budget
• Prepare and implement training budget
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on CBRN and the defence industry
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs
• Strong understanding and experience and providing, designing and implementing CBRN training courses and related capacity building
• Fluency in English, both oral and written, and additional languages is a plus

• This is a full-time position with a competitive salary
