Ben jij een ervaren automonteur of autotechnicus die energie krijgt van technisch uitdagend werk, moderne auto’s en werken met goed gereedschap? Dan hebben wij bij Spiering & Pluym Rotterdam een mooie plek voor je.
Voor onze vestiging in Rotterdam Ommoord zoeken wij een autotechnicus die trots is op zijn vak, graag sleutelt aan moderne voertuigen en zich verder wil ontwikkelen in een professionele werkplaats.
Bij ons werk je niet in een rommelige of chaotische omgeving, maar in een nette werkplaats waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en plezier in het werk centraal staan. Je krijgt duidelijke werkopdrachten, werkt met moderne diagnoseapparatuur en hebt de ruimte om écht goed werk af te leveren.
Wij zijn officieel OMODA & JAECOO dealer en werken dagelijks aan zowel nieuwe als jong gebruikte voertuigen, uitgerust met de nieuwste techniek. Tegelijkertijd onderhouden en repareren we vanuit Carprof Spiering & Pluym ook auto’s van alle merken. Dat maakt het werk afwisselend, uitdagend en technisch interessant.

Ben jij al verder in je vak en heb je de ambitie of ervaring om collega’s te begeleiden? Dan is daar bij ons ook ruimte voor. We vinden het belangrijk dat kennis gedeeld wordt en dat collega’s elkaar helpen om beter te worden. Je krijgt dus niet alleen de kans om zelf uitdagend werk te doen, maar ook om binnen het team een belangrijke rol te spelen in de ontwikkeling van anderen.

Wat ga je doen?
Als Eerste Of Tweede Automonteur Ben Je Verantwoordelijk Voor
- Het uitvoeren van onderhoud en reparaties aan personenauto’s (ook EV en PHEV) en lichte bedrijfswagens
- Het stellen van diagnoses en oplossen van storingen
- Het uitvoeren van APK-keuringen
- Het uitvoeren van technisch uitdagende reparaties, zoals distributieriemen en -kettingen, koppelingen, remleidingen en andere cruciale werkzaamheden
Voor ervaren monteurs en werkplaatschefs
Ben jij al verder in je vak en heb je de ambitie of ervaring om collega’s te begeleiden? Dan is daar bij ons ook ruimte voor. Wij Zoeken Een Monteur Die
- Ervaring heeft als eerste of tweede automonteur / autotechnicus
- Zelfstandig onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden kan uitvoeren
- Storingen kan opsporen en oplossen (scope metingen)
- Plezier heeft in technisch uitdagend werk
- Zorgvuldig werkt en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt
- Graag samenwerkt in een prettig en professioneel team
Wat kun je van ons verwachten?

- Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding als autotechnicus / 1e of 2e automonteur
- Ervaring als technisch specialist / diagnose technicus is een pre.
- Je kunt onderhoud/reparaties uitvoeren aan elk merk auto.
- APK papieren zijn een pre.
- Je bent ervaren en bedreven in het stellen van diagnoses en het oplossen van storingen.
- Een marktconform salaris naar ervaring en kunde
