We’re looking for a systems-minded operator to build and scale how we deliver customer outcomes. Dutch = required.

Your Team

Our Delivery team sits at the heart of Neople. We make sure customers successfully implement, adopt and scale their digital co-workers - and get real business impact from them.

As Head of Delivery, you’ll work closely with our CEO, Product Specialists (forward deployed engineers), and CSMs to build the operational backbone of Neople’s next phase of growth.

About You

You’re a builder at heart. You love creating structure in fast-moving environments and know how to turn operational chaos into scalable systems and processes.

You care deeply about customer outcomes and understand that great delivery creates retention, expansion and word-of-mouth growth.

The Role

• Take end-to-end ownership over customer delivery, implementation and operational excellence.
• Build the systems, processes and ways of working that make Neople scalable.
• Lead and improve collaboration between Product Specialists and CSMs.
• Drive customer happiness, adoption and long-term success.
• Reduce churn and increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Create operational visibility through metrics, workflows and continuous improvement.
• Help shape and scale Neople’s managed service offering.
• Partner closely with Product and Leadership to improve customer outcomes.
• Operate as a key leadership figure within the company during our next stage of growth.
  
  

You probably have

• At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Delivery, Customer Success or Implementation roles.
• Experience in SaaS, AI and/or startup environments, or A-tier consulting.
• A strong operational mindset and the ability to build scalable systems.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and moving quickly.
• A customer-obsessed mindset focused on outcomes over activity.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align teams around execution.
