Chromalloy Holland is gevestigd in Tilburg en we zijn gespecialiseerd in de reparatie, vervaardiging en coating van vliegtuigonderdelen. We doen dit voor grote luchtvaartmaatschappijen, fabrikanten van vliegtuigmotoren en bedrijven die de revisie daarvan doen. Shrouds/Seal Shop - Inspector C

What will you do?

In this role, you will work in our high-tech production environment inspecting high-quality, single-piece components that require undivided attention during process and product steps. Since we work on gas turbines for the aerospace and energy industries, the quality must be beyond perfect. As an Inspector, you are experienced and preferably already certified at Level 2 or higher in one or more non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as FPI, Eddy Current, X-ray, or Ultrasonic, or you are currently training in one or more of these techniques.

Together with your Team Leader and colleagues, you strive every day to achieve the highest possible standards in Quality and Safety. Your experience working with valuable and delicate components, regulations, and compliance helps Chromalloy deliver only the very best to our customers. You also have an eye for improvement and are involved in various (5S) projects to make our processes even better, safer, and more efficient. One week you’ll work 5 days in the day shift, and the next week 4 evenings in the evening shift.

What do you need for this role?

• A VMBO or MBO-level education, preferably with experience in aerospace
• A Level 2 certification in one or more NDT techniques
• In-process & release certification
• Experience with processes such as EDM, laser drilling, plasma coatings, and heat treatments
• A proactive attitude with the ambition to deliver the best every day
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
