THIS IS YOU

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Online Marketing Specialist to join our online marketing team. In this role, you will support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid social, CRM, and other online channels.

You will work closely with the wider marketing team to help drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue through data-driven marketing activities, creative testing, and campaign optimization.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing who is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment and develop strong expertise in Paid Social advertising, campaign performance, and digital marketing operations.

We are looking for a curious and proactive marketer with a strong interest in paid media, creative content, analytics, and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social & Campaign Support

• Assist in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
• Support campaign setup, monitoring, testing, and reporting to improve performance and ROI.
• Help analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Contribute to budget pacing and day-to-day campaign management.
  
  

Creative Support & Content Coordination

• Support the development and coordination of creative assets for paid campaigns.
• Monitor creative performance and share insights on messaging, visuals, and formats.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Help maintain the content calendar for paid and social activity.
  
  

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking across digital channels.
• Monitor key KPIs and help translate data into actionable insights.
• Support the team in identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  
  

CRM & Marketing Operations

• Support CRM activities such as newsletters and automated email campaigns.
• Assist with operational marketing tasks including promotions, discount codes, and campaign setup in ticketing systems.
• Help ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns across tools and platforms.
  
  

Collaboration & Project Support

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on campaign execution.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
  
  

Requirements

Must-haves

• 1-2 years of experience in digital, online, or performance marketing.
• Basic hands-on experience with Paid Social platforms such as Meta and/or TikTok.
• Strong interest in campaign performance, analytics, and digital advertising.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with campaign data and reporting.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset and interest in content performance and testing.
• Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and marketing technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience working in an agency, scale-up, or fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM or email marketing tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or reporting dashboards.
• Additional languages such as Dutch, Spanish, Catalan, German, Italian, or French.
