We are excited to welcome a Clinical Education Operations Administrator to our team.

In this role you will process expenses for the healthcare professionals we work with and provide administrative support to help ensure the smooth, reliable delivery of our courses across Europe.

At Applied Medical we believe that learning is a lifelong endeavor. Each year, thousands of surgeons and other healthcare professionals join our events globally, and participate in didactic and hands-on lab sessions, conferences, and symposia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reimbursements for healthcare professionals through the Concur system
  • Create, compile, and maintain forms and administrative records, including the collection, filing, and distribution of departmental documents and files
  • Manage and track administrative tasks such as contract management in Legisway
  • Support the administrative needs of Clinical Education events, including logistics, inventory, and compliance documentation

What You Bring

  • One year of experience in similar position, preferably in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills in another European language is preferred
  • Organization and time-management skills
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing deadlines and projects
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
