ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic PR & Events Intern to join our Benelux & Nordics Communication team in Amsterdam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the world of PR and Events while contributing to challenging projects, launches and events.

You are currently within your third or final year of studying in the marketing and/or communication field, full-time available and are excited to add value to projects within a well-established company and Maison. Please note that only applications under an internship agreement with a university will be considered.
PR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the PR Manager and in collaboration with external PR agencies, you will be assisting in and/or responsible for:
Monitoring of publications and send editorial reports to HQ on a daily Responsible for monthly and trimestral reports and analyses Assist PR agencies by proving tailor made press material Coordinate local shootings with our PR stock Coordinate distribution and updated PR stock of PR agencies in collaboration with PR Manager Assist with vendor creations and extensions Assist PR Manager with PR strategic presentations Assist with organization of PR Events and press trips
EVENTS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the two Event Managers you will be assisting in and/or responsible for:
Update events database (suppliers, catering, new venues etc.) Help monitor/update the annual calendar, retro planning and events budget (Excel) Work together with the local finance team for vendor creations and extensions Control of the events inventory and be the main contact for the warehouse Coordinate the shipments (sending and receiving) for events Assist with the preparation of creative briefs, presentations and post-reports (PowerPoint) Collect, compile and organize information about major competitors
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Fluent in English (written and spoken) Strong interpersonal skills; positive, curious, passionate, precise, proactive, hands-on mentality and open-minded; Excellent time management and prioritization skills; A team player with excellent communication skills; Previous experience in fashion or luxury PR and Events (or hospitality) is a plus;
