A Day in the Life
L'Oréal Benelux is offering an exciting MARKETING Management Trainee Program, starting September 2025. As a Management Trainee, you'll embark on a dynamic 12-month journey, experiencing two six-month rotations within different L'Oréal Benelux functions. These positions are offered at our headquarters in Hoofddorp. You'll report directly to a mission manager for each rotation, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong network. This program is designed to develop future leaders, providing a launchpad for your career within L'Oréal. You'll tackle challenging projects, contributing meaningfully to our business while developing your skills and expanding your understanding of the diverse facets of L'Oréal. Even if your degree is in a specific field, you'll be challenged to work across functions, fostering a multi-métier mindset.
We Are Looking For
Skills
The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree and speaks English and Dutch and/or French. They are eager to learn, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments. They are also highly motivated and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The following skills are essential:
