Job Requirements

• Proven experience leading logistics or operational teams (preferably 5+ years)
• Solid understanding of inbound and outbound logistics processes
• Comfortable working in day shifts; occasional Saturday work may apply
• Strong command of English (Dutch is a plus)

Job Description

As a Team Lead Logistics, you are responsible for leading and optimizing all logistics operations supporting production. You ensure that inbound and outbound flows run smoothly, safely and according to quality standards, while developing your team and continuously improving processes.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Leading, coaching and developing the logistics team and shift leaders
• Ensuring optimal inbound and outbound flows within the service center
• Safeguarding operational performance, safety and quality standards
• Identifying, proposing and implementing process improvements
• Coordinating capacity and personnel planning
• Managing escalations and collaborating with key stakeholders
• Driving a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and teamwork
  
  

Your team

You lead a team of logistics professionals and shift leaders, with direct responsibility for a small core team and indirect responsibility for a larger operational group. You work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Quality and other supporting departments. Together, you strive for operational excellence, safety-first principles and a strong team culture.
