About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Planning Engineer to join our Project Controls team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting across large-scale construction projects. You will work closely with senior planners and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities  

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Support progress monitoring and reporting against baseline schedules.
  • Collect and analyze project data to identify delays and risks.
  • Assist in preparing look-ahead programs and weekly/monthly reports.
  • Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to gather progress updates.
  • Contribute to resource and cost loading activities within schedules.
  • Maintain accurate planning documentation and records.
  • Support the team in risk analysis and mitigation planning.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
