That’s why we are on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves to build relationships and brings a passion for connecting people to our team.
You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment, from creating and publishing job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to coordinating and conducting interviews. But as our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be more than just a recruiter – you will be our corporate influencer, the friendly face, and the first point of contact for all our candidates. You will be reporting to our head of HR, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce. If you love connecting with people, creating a great candidate experience, and being a vital part of a growing, ambitious company, then this is the opportunity for you. As an ambassador of WEBB, you know how to bind new colleagues to us with your enthusiasm, openness, and drive. You will visit and build relations with universities and study associations in the Netherlands and France, and organize great (in-house) events, contests, summer schools, and internships.
Although you will work together with external recruiters, you will be the only dedicated recruiter inside the company. So, you should enjoy taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, and to deliver results relatively autonomously.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process
- Coordinate the vacancy pipelines, from attracting candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, to talent sourcing
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a great candidate experience
- Being the first point of contact for candidates for a wide variety of roles (software engineers, traders, risk managers, expert jobs such as compliance)
- Further develop and execute our campus recruitment activities
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing wishes and ensure optimal collaboration
- Deliver great stakeholder relations for our preferred recruitment agencies
- Maintain our ATS and candidate database (we use Tellent / Recruitee)
- Creating job descriptions for our career website and job boards
- You have a minimum of 3 years proven track record in recruitment
- You have an understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- You are an excellent communicator and have great interpersonal skills
- You know how to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You are result driven
- You enjoy interacting with different people from diverse background and professional experience – your positive energy and enthusiasm lead to connection
- You are well organized, punctual, and proactive with your work
- You love organizing events and you have mastered this skill
- You are tech-savvy; you easily work with content management systems and Excel
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
- You have a bachelor's or master’s degree
