The Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Partner to join Lipton Teas & Infusions at our global headquarters in Amsterdam. This is an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility to extend into a permanent role.
Reporting into the Global Talent Manager, this role will operate with a global remit, supporting the design and delivery of key talent initiatives across our markets. It offers a unique opportunity to work at the centre of our people agenda in a fast-moving and evolving organisation.
You will play a key role in supporting talent, performance, engagement and development priorities, partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure global frameworks are translated into practical and high-quality outcomes

What you will do
- Support the delivery of global talent and performance processes, including the annual performance cycle
- Contribute to talent reviews and succession planning activities across markets
- Support the global engagement agenda, including survey coordination, insights and action follow-up
- Assist in the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives and programmes
- Partner with HR teams to ensure global frameworks are effectively implemented locally
- Support the use of data and analytics to generate insight and track progress
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and ways of working
- Stay connected to external trends in talent, skills and the future of work, bringing ideas into the organisation

- Comfort working in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Fluency in English
