In this internship, you will be part of the IP Legal team within our global legal function. Our purpose is to protect and manage Danone’s intellectual property assets to support innovation and brand integrity. During this internship, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory and support on IP portfolio management and enforcement initiatives.

Your Main Responsibilities Include

• Assist in trademark clearance searches and support filing strategies
• Help monitor and enforce trademark rights, including handling opposition and infringement matters
• Support copyright-related projects, including content review and compliance
• Contribute to design protection initiatives and portfolio management
• Conduct legal research on IP topics and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IP compliance

About You

As an Intellectual Property intern, analytical thinking and attention to detail will be second nature to you. You can conduct thorough research, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively. On top of that? You’re a proactive and curious learner who thrives in an international environment.

Key Requirements

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Enrolled in a programe related to Intellectual Property or a strong interest in the topic
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start the 15th of July for a minimum of 6 months, 4 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work from our Danone Place Amsterdam office in Hoofddorp at least 2 days per week.
