The Role
STICKYBESTIE sells across our own Shopify store and the world's biggest marketplaces — and we're looking for someone to own all of it. As E-commerce / Marketplace Manager, you'll be responsible for the Shopify P&L, conversion and merchandising, while also managing and growing our presence on Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces. This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced operator who knows how to turn online channels into fast-growing, profitable revenue. Because the work is fully remote, we're hiring on experience and results — wherever you are in the world.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Shopify P&L — online revenue, conversion rate and AOV targets
Manage and grow our marketplace channels — Amazon, eBay and others — including listings, pricing, buy-box, and account health
Optimise product listings, content and SEO across every channel for visibility and conversion
Lead merchandising and product launches for our monthly drops across DTC and marketplaces
Optimise the full DTC funnel: landing pages, product pages, cart and checkout
Run A/B tests and use analytics to continuously improve conversion and ranking
Manage marketplace advertising (e.g. Amazon Ads) and coordinate with Performance Marketing
Monitor stock, fulfilment and channel performance, resolving issues fast
Manage apps, integrations and the roadmap across Shopify and marketplace tools
What We're Looking For
Proven, substantial experience managing both a Shopify (or similar) DTC store and major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay) — with revenue growth you can demonstrate. Experience is essential for this role.
Strong track record on Amazon specifically — Seller/Vendor Central, listings, buy-box, advertising and account health
Deep understanding of conversion optimisation, e-commerce analytics and marketplace algorithms
Commercial, data-driven mindset focused on revenue and margin across channels
Experience with monthly product drops or fast-moving catalogues
Highly organised and fully self-sufficient working remotely
Nice to Have
Experience with Shopify Plus and the wider app ecosystem
Marketplace management or integration tools (e.g. Channable, Sellbrite, Helium 10)
Experience expanding marketplaces internationally across regions
Background in fashion, accessories or impulse-buy categories
