We are searching for a Global Sourcing Manager for our Global NPR Team, to be located in Nijmegen.
In this role you will
-
be accountable for selected global NPR (non-product related) subcategories, such as People & Professional, IT, Utilities Management and others purchased for specific or all our Nexperia sites.

develop robust and long-term sourcing strategies and roadmaps for the categories you own based on key suppliers, market position, technology capabilities, pricing development, and risk mitigation – in alignment with sr. leadership and key stakeholders.

be building and nurturing long-term supplier partnerships focusing on the 4-Buy Principle (Buy Right, Buy Low, Buy Little, Buy On-Time) and Nexperia procurement processes, achieving best total cost of ownership for Nexperia.

manage supplier performance for best-in-class supply base.

drive synergy spends to consolidate count of suppliers and drive costs down on e.g. consumables.

actively involving yourself in system and process related improvement projects.

drive and support stakeholder management on procurement processes.

give support to team colleagues as well as development to the team.
Ideally you have
-
a commercial degree and >10 years of experience in semiconductor or similar industries.

proven track record of sourcing roles.
-
excellent English speaking and communication skills amongst various groups of stakeholders, also across borders (Tier 1+2 sites).

proven negotiation and analytical skills.
-
capability of thinking out of the box while continuously challenging the status quo.
