About The Project
We provide Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Project Management services across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
To support the execution of a major Energy Infrastructure EPC Project in Africa, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The project includes large storage facilities, marine infrastructure, utility systems, process facilities, buildings, and associated infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project handover phases.
Occasional travel to the project site in Africa and supplier / vendor locations may be required throughout the project lifecycle.

Process
Our hiring process begins with an initial screening call with one of our talent specialists to assess your fit for the role. Your new challenge
Your New Challenge Will Include
- Lead the overall execution and delivery of a major EPC project.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, HSE, quality, and project requirements.
- Lead project planning, progress reviews, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and external interfaces.
- Support commercial management, change management, and claim prevention activities.
- Drive project delivery to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.
Qualifications & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in EPC project execution
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager on large industrial or energy projects
- Proven experience managing project throughout Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-up phases
- Experience managing multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of EPC contrcts, project controls, procurement, and construction management
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, strong English writing skills for documentation and reports, proficient in English speaking for effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
- Eligibility to work and reside in the EU and the Netherlands is desirable.
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following sectors are highly preferred:
- Tan terminals and storage facilities
- Oil&Gas
- LNG, LPG, Ammonia, Hydrogen, or Energy Transition projects
- Marine and jetty infrastructure
- Petrochemical and chemical plants
- Industrial infrastructure projects
- Experience in delivering pojects in Africa, Middle East, or other international locations is considered an advantage
