Logistics Manager - #50097

Dornan Engineering Group is a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects across Europe, UK & Ireland. Based in Groningen, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Critical Infrastructure team as a Logistics Manager, supporting the delivery of our Hyperscale Data Centre in the North of Holland.

You will be responsible for orchestrating the end to end site logistics material handling and delivery schedules for critical infrastructure, ensuring seamless coordination between contractors, suppliers, and safety protocols to keep the data centre project on schedule.

Your day will include:

• Manage daily site logistics operations to support construction activities safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate deliveries, storage, material handling, and site access with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor logistics schedules and resolve delivery or access issues to avoid project delays.
• Oversee traffic management, crane operations, and lifting activities across the project site.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, permits, and logistics plans.
• Maintain logistics records, reporting, and communication with project and client teams.
  
  

About You

• Degree or trade qualified, ideally in construction, engineering, logistics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in construction logistics management, with at least 8 years in a site-based management role.
• Strong background coordinating large-scale construction projects within a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working on data centre construction projects is desirable.
