Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably agency-side)
• Strong command of both Dutch and English
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously
• Structured way of working with strong organizational skills

Job Description

Are you a recruiter with a few years of experience and ready for more than just “placing and moving on”? Do you want greater impact, deeper involvement, and a real role in shaping an organization’s growth?

At HQ Pack, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process from A to Z. You won’t just fill vacancies—you’ll build meaningful relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll work closely with the business, see the direct impact of your work, and actively contribute to strengthening our recruitment approach.

You will join a supportive environment where you collaborate with experienced colleagues, learn from each other, and continuously develop your role.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Managing vacancies from intake to offer — taking full ownership of the process
• Writing and publishing compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates
• Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Contributing ideas to improve and optimize recruitment processes
• Sourcing and approaching candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed (not your primary focus)
