Job Requirements

• Approximately 4–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a broad role or as an HR Business Partner / HR Advisor
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Ability to operate across operational, tactical, and strategic levels
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where not everything is fully defined

Your Responsibilities Include

• Supporting and advising managers and employees across the full spectrum of HR topics
• Coaching and guiding managers in their development, enabling them to take increasing ownership
• Handling operational HR tasks when needed, from case management to administrative processes
• Managing absenteeism cases and contributing to sustainable employability
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR policies and processes and translating these into concrete actions
• Contributing to HR projects and initiatives that further professionalize the organization
• Acting as a sparring partner for the business, balancing practical solutions with strategic direction
