As a Senior Manager in Cyber Security Sales, you will play a critical role in driving growth and shaping client engagements across Accenture’s cybersecurity portfolio. You will lead the origination and closure of complex, multi-tower deals, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and positioning Accenture as a strategic partner in cyber transformation.
This role requires a strong blend of sales leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic sales and origination initiatives across Accenture’s full cybersecurity portfolio, including:

Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM)
-
Managed Security Services (MSS)
-
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
-
Cloud Security
-
Endpoint Security
-
Mythos-related solutions and other Accenture cyber offerings
-

Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex, high-value opportunities, from qualification through deal closure
-
Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and ACV targets
-
Engage and influence senior client stakeholders (CISO, CIO, COO, Board-level) through a consultative sales approach
-
Shape client strategies by aligning cybersecurity solutions with business outcomes and risk management priorities

Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and contractual discussions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
-
Work closely with local and global Accenture teams to design and deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions

Contribute to market growth by identifying trends, developing go-to-market strategies, and expanding client relationships.
Key Requirements

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, origination, or business development
-
Proven track record of successfully closing large, complex, multi-tower deals within enterprise organizations

Strong understanding of key cybersecurity domains, including:

SOC / MDR
-
Identity & Access Management
-
Network Security
-
Zero Trust architectures
-
Cloud Security
-
Regulatory and compliance frameworks

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
-
Experience leading complex negotiations and deal shaping in a global, matrixed organization

Demonstrated ability to lead independently while collaborating across multiple teams and geographies
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years of work experience, or 6 years with an Associate’s degree)
Nice to Have

Familiarity with AI-driven security solutions

Experience with ecosystem / partner-led selling models
-
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
Languages

Mandatory: English

Good to have: French, Italian, Spanish, German
