As a Front Office Host(ess) Intern (with F&B exposure), you will be the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. While your main focus will be at the Front Office, you will also gain valuable exposure within our Food & Beverage outlets, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of hotel operations.

The internship starts in September 2026 and offers a full-time learning experience aligned with your study requirements

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, contributing to a positive team environment and consistent service delivery
• Support the guest journey, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests across phone, written, and face-to-face communication
• Assist with reservations, payments, and front office administrative tasks
• Gain hands-on experience within Food & Beverage operations, supporting service where needed
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in both Front Office and F&B areas in line with brand standards
• Collaborate with departments such as housekeeping and food and beverage to ensure smooth daily operations
  
  

Essential Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or related study programme
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop across departments
• Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional approach
• Enjoys working in a team and adapting to different operational environments
• Available for an internship of at least 5-6 months
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Interest in both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus
• Dutch or any additional language skills; is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and develop operational knowledge across departments

The internship allowance of €550 gross per month (full-time), which is above the Horeca CAO BOL guidelines
