As a Quality Engineer, you play a key role in improving quality performance within a high-tech manufacturing environment. You help reduce quality disturbances, optimize processes, and ensure customers receive products that meet the highest standards.

What will you do as a Quality Engineer?

As a Quality Engineer, you contribute to raising the quality performance of the organization to the next level. You work closely with colleagues across departments to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring quality deviations and maintaining dashboards that provide valuable performance insights.
• Reporting quality performance results to relevant departments.
• Organizing meetings and workshops to align teams and define improvement actions.
• Performing in-depth complaint analyses and identifying root causes.
• Supporting and improving business processes, products, and manufacturing processes.
• Being visible on the shop floor and ensuring follow-up of 8D reports, procedures, and quality standards.
• Conducting audits and reporting findings.
• Evaluating KPIs and assessing the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Acting as a connector between teams to ensure sustainable quality improvements.
  
  

Do you recognize yourself in

• A Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working, acquired through education or experience in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Experience within a quality environment in a high-tech industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language (C2 level).
• Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
• The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Experience with process improvement on both technical and organizational levels.
• A proactive and outgoing personality with the ability to bring people together.
• Experience using modern IT tools and data-driven methods to improve quality performance.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, audits, KPI analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement principles.
