What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and create memorable first impressions from check-in to check-out
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs while handling reservations and payments
• Assist guests with questions, requests, recommendations and local information
• Handle guest communication via phone, email and in person
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Jump into problem-solving and guest satisfaction initiatives
• Support the Front Office team with daily operational tasks and reporting
• Learn how to maximize guest experiences through upselling and personalized service
• Champion the Moxy vibe and help create a fun, energetic atmosphere
• Collaborate closely with Front Office Crew Leaders and hotel teams

What You Bring

• You’re currently studying Hospitality/Hotel Management/Tourism (HBO or MBO)
• Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
• Experience in Front Office or hospitality is a plus (but passion counts even more)
• You love interacting with people and making every guest feel welcome
• You’re proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to ask questions
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy teamwork
• Fluent in English
• Moxy mindset: energetic, curious, and never boring
