The Role

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer privacy
  • Work with various data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video
  • Deliver high-quality labelled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools
  • Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities
  • Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information
  • Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance data quality

What You'll Need

  • Associate’s Degree or related work experience
  • CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch language
  • Written and spoken knowledge of English is essential (CEFR C1+)
  • Strong business writing, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects
  • Proficient research skills with experience gathering and synthesizing information
