CSA Engineer - Data Centre Projects (Netherlands) We're currently partnering with a well-established engineering and construction specialist delivering complex, large-scale data centre projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a CSA Engineer to support the successful delivery of a Data Center project.

This is a site-based role where you'll take ownership of Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards across quality, safety, and programme.

The Role As a CSA Engineer, you'll play a key role in overseeing on-site activities, working closely with subcontractors, design teams, and quality personnel to ensure seamless execution.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Supervising on-site CSA activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality expectations Collaborating with the quality team to verify that completed works meet required standards and benchmarks Ensuring all inspection and quality documentation is completed and submitted in line with project timelines Tracking subcontractor performance and progress, and leading regular coordination meetings Maintaining accurate and up-to-date site records and documentation Participating in project meetings including coordination, planning, engineering reviews, and handover discussions Reviewing technical drawings and resolving any design or coordination challenges on site Carrying out inspections and managing snagging processes, ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and closed out efficiently Driving a high-quality finish with a strong focus on achieving minimal defects at handover About You To be considered, you should have:

A degree qualification in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or a related field Around 3+ years' experience in a construction environment, ideally within mission-critical or large-scale projects Solid understanding of CSA works, including construction practices, QA/QC procedures, and HSE requirements Experience managing subcontractors and working to tight project deadlines Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications with confidence Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Familiarity with digital construction tools for reporting, snagging, and document control What's on Offer Involvement in high-profile data centre developments across Europe Clear opportunities for progression within a growing and in-demand sector Competitive salary and overall package A collaborative and fast-paced project environment Apply for this job
