Job Description

Desarrollar, implementar y optimizar métodos de producción eficientes para la fabricación de arneses eléctricos.

Responsibilities

Responsabilidades:

• Optimización de Procesos:
• Diseñar y balancear líneas de producción
• Implementar mejoras continuas
• Tiempo Muerto:
• Identificar causas de paros
• Implementar acciones correctivas
• Tooling & Equipo:
• Definir y mejorar herramientas
• Validar equipos
• Scrap:
• Analizar causas de desperdicio
• Reducir defectos
• Documentación & Carpetas:
• Mantener instrucciones de trabajo
• Controlar AMEF y planes
• Eficiencia:
• Medir OEE y productividad
• Realizar estudios de tiempos
• Auditorías:
• Soportar auditorías internas/externas
• Implementar acciones correctivas
