What will you do?

As a Civil Engineer, your primary responsibility is to support the successful planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering elements in our BESS projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineering teams, site managers, and contractors to ensure that everything from foundations to cable routing is designed with precision and built to last.

Your Main Tasks Include

Project Planning and Design

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define civil engineering requirements.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for BESS installations.
• Create civil engineering designs, including foundation plans, site layouts, and cable routing.
• Review and design structural elements or validate third-party structural designs.
• Ensure full compliance with building codes, Eurocodes, and environmental regulations.
  
  

Construction and Implementation

• Support the site execution phase alongside Site Managers.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on civil works.
• Perform quality checks to ensure execution meets specifications and safety standards.
• Address and resolve unexpected site issues during construction.
  
  

Budget and Cost Control

• Support the sales team in reviewing and validating quotations from civil contractors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or safety.
  
  

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate project documentation: drawings, specifications, and as-built records.
• Provide regular updates on documentation status to the project team.
• Share lessons learned across the engineering organization.
  
  

What do you bring?

You're a Driven Engineer With a Sharp Eye For Detail, a Hands-on Mindset, And The Flexibility To Work In Diverse Project Teams. You Combine Strong Technical Knowledge With a Collaborative Attitude And a Passion For Clean Energy. You Also Bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in renewable energy or BESS projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant design tools.
• Familiarity with Eurocode standards and local building regulations.
• Solid understanding of structural and geotechnical principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A flexible, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
