ASSISTANT BEACH MANAGER

We are in the New York State Local Retirement System (NYLRS).

Assistant Beach Manager Salary Is Negotiable Based On Experience.

When designated, Assistant Beach Managers will assume the duties of the Beach Manager in his/her absence. Responsibilities include ensuring all daily maintenance is complete, the sign-in sheets are correct & completed daily, knowing and enforcing all rules and regulations, distributing permits books, collecting and making bank deposits, traveling to other facilities as well as performing all duties expected of a Beach Attendant. Salary is $19 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Either

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduation from a standard senior high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and two (2) seasons of experience in the management or operation of a beach, pool, park facility or summer camp; OR,
• Two (2) seasons of experience as a Beach Attendant
  
  

NOTE: Additional education beyond high school from a college with federally authorized accreditation or registration by NY State may be substituted for the above experience on a year-to-year basis, where one (1) year of college equals one (1) season.
