As a Front Office team member, you will act as an ambassador of the IHG brand standards by ensuring compliance with mandatory online trainings and operational procedures.
You actively promote the IHG One Rewards loyalty program and take ownership of the daily awareness of member statuses, benefits, and guest enrollments. You understand the value of guest loyalty and confidently communicate program benefits to enhance both the guest experience and brand engagement.
Through your passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence, you contribute to achieving outstanding guest satisfaction results and operational success.
