To support this mandate and other key corporate engagements, we are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join JHC Consulting. The role
As a Junior Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to keep our consulting engagements structured and on schedule. You will coordinate the flow of information between our principals and our clients, ensuring that every source document is logged, digested, and prepared for analysis.
On a typical week, you will:

• Analyze client materials, summarizing complex operational and financial reports into clear research briefs.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring that internal drafts and external memorandum submissions meet strict deadlines.
• Organize and document client sessions, producing detailed written records of key arguments and decisions rather than generic meeting minutes.
• Conduct initial research on corporate governance debates to support our principals as they draft dissenting briefs.
• Oversee the administrative pipeline of our mandates, coordinating scheduling and document distribution with precision.
• Track active project milestones and communicate potential delays or resource needs to the principal leading the engagement.

What you bring
