About The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will operate at both tactical and strategic levels, advising management on topics such as the following:

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR advisor and discussion partner for management teams.
- Align annual sector plans with HR strategies and long-term organizational development goals.
- Coordinate and optimize HR processes and initiatives within assigned sectors.
- Lead HR projects and organizational change initiatives.
- Support managers in leadership and people development.
- Drive implementation of HR policies, tools, and frameworks in collaboration with HR policy advisors.
- Serve as a theme owner for HR topics such as absenteeism, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Collaborate closely with HR specialists, HR advisors, and HR support teams to deliver high-quality HR services.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the HR organization and business units.
- Completed a higher professional education degree (HBO), preferably in:
- Strategic HRM
- Human Resource Studies
- Business Administration
- Or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in a similar HR business partner or strategic HR advisory role.
- Experience guiding organizational and behavioral change processes.
- Strong and up-to-date HR knowledge, including modern HR trends such as lean and agile working.
- Experience operating in multiple HR roles, including advisor, coach, facilitator, and change leader.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written Dutch.
- Analytical, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset.
