This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Requirements of the Role


What We’re Looking For:

Experience in aviation is not required — we’re focused on your attitude, professionalism, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You’re a great fit if you:

    Have at least 6 months’ experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly Remain calm under pressure and make informed, safety-focused decisions Love working as part of a diverse, energetic team Take ownership, solve problems with empathy, and make customers feel valued going the extra mile to make their experience memorable

The Essentials:

To meet regulatory and operational requirements, you’ll need to:

    Be 18+ years old Be between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) tall without shoes Be fluent in written and spoken English (Dutch language is preferable but not essential) Hold a valid passport with unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network Have a good standard of education and a variable five-year activity history Live within 90 minutes of your chosen base Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck (any tattoos must be inoffensive) Be comfortable selling items from our CAFE.SHOP range including alcohol (this also contributes to your commission) Swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a life raft Pass a EASA Cabin Crew medical and fit securely into a jump seat with a lap belt and shoulder harness
