As a Hospitality Host at EU Facility Services, the operational branch of Covebo, you’ll be the first friendly face our international employees meet when they arrive. Your role will be essential in creating a seamless and unforgettable experience for them.

What will you do?

Welcoming new colleagues: You’ll be the first to greet our new employees with warmth and enthusiasm, helping them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Provide valuable info: Help them understand life in the Netherlands, provide all the info they need about working at Covebo and answer any questions they may have.
Take them to their accommodation: Ensure their living arrangements are ready and comfortable for a smooth stay.
Coordinate and organize: Stay on top of things independently, ensuring all arrival and departure processes run smoothly.
Communicate with your team: Act as a key point of contact between our employees and the team, making sure everyone is in the loop and all info is passed on clearly.
Ensure top-quality accommodation: Make sure the rooms are clean, tidy and fully equipped, both when they arrive and leave.
Conduct accommodation inspections: Carry out regular checks to ensure accommodations meet the required SNF standards, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a high-quality living environment.

You can truly be yourself at Covebo, but we also value being entrepreneurial and service-oriented. As an engaged and social colleague, you take a hospitable approach. You are proactive, enthusiastic, flexible and able to work independently as well as part of a team. In addition:

You have an MBO work and thinking level.
You have experience in a similar role or knowledge of hospitality.
You have strong communication skills in English and preferably speak a second foreign language.
You hold a driver’s license (B).
You live in the Utrecht area.
You are available full-time and enjoy a flexible work schedule. This position follows a fixed Friday-to-Tuesday roster, including work on every weekend.

Tof dat je bij ons wilt werken! Op basis van je cv nemen we telefonisch contact met je op voor een korte eerste kennismaking. Als we allebei enthousiast zijn plannen we een afspraak in met de manager van de afdeling waar je hebt gesolliciteerd.

Gesprekken en test

In het eerste gesprek is het tijd om echt kennis te maken! Is er een klik? Dan kunnen wij je vragen om online een korte test te maken. Tijdens een tweede gesprek gaan we verder de diepte in. Wanneer er een match is, ontvang je een voorstel van ons.

Inwerken

Is het contract rond, dan kan het feest beginnen! Je volgt eerst introductiedagen om onze organisatie te leren kennen. Daarna is er een inwerkperiode waarbij je wordt gekoppeld aan een ervaren collega. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat je snel up and running bent!
