About Us

Wannet Sports Insurance B.V. is a leading company in the sports insurance industry, specializing in providing tailored insurance solutions for professional sports clubs, athletes, and artists. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to assist our account managers and support commercial operations in our Arnhem office. This position is for 32-36 hours per week.

Job Description

As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations and assisting the sales team with administrative and commercial tasks. Your work will involve handling insurance policies, preparing invoices, and ensuring timely payment reminders. You will also assist in the early stages of the sales process by preparing and drafting offers for potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and process insurance policies and contracts.
• Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Send payment reminders and manage financial administration.
• Support account managers with commercial tasks, including drafting and preparing offers.
• Maintain and organize administrative records efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• MBO level with relevant experience or a strong motivation to learn.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Affinity with sports is a plus.
