We are looking for a dynamic CRM Specialist to join our team and support our sales strategy, ensuring our sales targets are met and exceeded.

Job Description

As a CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our CRM system and sales processes. You will make sure our sales strategy is clear, monitored, and evaluated every month. Additionally, you will also have a sales role, helping to find new clients and increase revenue. Your main goal is to provide weekly insights into our sales performance, creating a team environment where everyone works towards common goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the CRM system to support sales processes and strategies.
• Monitor sales targets and provide regular performance reports to the sales team.
• Analyze sales data to provide insights and suggestions for better sales performance.
• Ensure the sales strategy is communicated and implemented across the team.
• Actively help in finding and acquiring new clients.
• Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Regularly evaluate the sales strategy and make necessary changes.
• Promote a collaborative team environment with open communication.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on using the CRM system.
• Identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience with CRM systems and sales processes.
• Strong background in sales with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
