Main Tasks And Responsibilities

As a Front Office Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and checking guests in and out with a smile.
• Handling reservations and guest inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Providing information about the hotel and the surrounding area to guests.

PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and possesses the following qualities:

• Preferably experienced in the hotel sector or holding a diploma from a hotel school.
• Fluent in English, with Dutch proficiency being a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and Marriott Systems is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a welcoming demeanor.
• Strong stress management skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries effectively.
