Currently, We are looking for an experienced BI Engineer with a strong specialization in QLIK development to help shape and advance our data and reporting landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and analytics solutions that support business decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with high-level stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective and scalable BI solutions.

What will you do?

Besides a hands-on approach, we value your input, advice, and expertise for:

• Design, develop, and maintain QLIK (Sense/View) dashboards and reporting solutions
• Work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define the most effective dashboard approach
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models, KPIs, and clear visualizations
• Lead discussions on reporting standards, data structures, and analytics best practices
• Help shape and evolve the future of our data and information landscape
• Support and contribute to the evaluation of Power BI as a potential replacement for QLIK
• Ensure consistency, quality, and usability of data across all reporting solutions
  
  
  

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Informatics or IT-related field
• Strong hands-on experience with QLIK development
• Strong SQL knowledge to analyze datasets
• Proven ability to engage and communicate with high-level stakeholders
• Experience in dashboard design and data visualization best practices
• Solid understanding of data modeling and BI concepts
• Logistics domain knowledge is highly preferred
• Knowledge of the Sales domain is preferred
• Experience or interest in Power BI is a plus, especially in migration or comparison scenarios
• Familiarity with SSRS reporting is appreciated
• Very good command of the English language (spoken and written)
• Currently living in The Netherlands within a normal commute of Haarlem
