About the Job

As the Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for efficiently planning, coordinating, and optimizing logistical processes within the organization. The focus is on managing inbound and outbound goods flows, monitoring delivery timelines, and enhancing operational efficiency across the supply chain.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan inbound and outbound transportation
• Prepare and manage transport and customs documentation
• Develop and maintain logistics planning schedules
• Manage and align activities with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor delivery timelines, performance
• Identify, analyze, and resolve logistical bottlenecks
• Initiate and implement process improvements and cost optimizations
• Ensure accurate and timely administrative processing in ERP systems
• Handle invoicing based on executed activities and contractual agreements
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Support the commercial/sales department with logistics-related matters

Education & Experience

• MBO+/HBO (vocational/university of applied sciences) level of working and thinking, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a logistics role
• Demonstrable knowledge of logistics processes and systems (ERP)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Good communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
