About the role

You lead multidisciplinary projects that span hardware, software, and system design, driving them from concept to successful release. You take full ownership of planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring alignment between internal teams, external partners, and customer expectations at every step. Positioned at the crossroads of engineering, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing, you orchestrate a seamless transition from prototype to full-scale production.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities are:

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams— hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, industrialization, and planning—to drive alignment and ensure smooth progression through every NPI phase
• Analyze project requirements in depth to build a precise understanding of the technical objectives, customer expectations, and deliverables needed for a successful product launch.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipating obstacles early and developing robust mitigation strategies to secure project timelines and product quality
• Allocate resources intelligently, balancing priorities and capacities to maximize efficiency and ensure all project milestones are met
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, ensuring issues, dependencies, and solutions are understood and addressed without delay

What You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of mechanical, mechatronics, electronics, or optical systems
• Initial experience (academic, internship, or early career) supporting team coordination or contributing to group projects, with an interest in fostering collaboration and accountability
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with adaptability to changing priorities
• A proactive attitude, learning agility, and the ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environment
