Description

This internship is designed to provide practical experience within a professional B2B enterprise software sales environment. The intern will gain exposure to sales processes, customer engagement, account planning, internal preparation sessions, pipeline generation activities, and collaboration with Account Executives and other stakeholders.

The intern may:

• Shadow Account Executives during selected customer, partner, and internal meetings.
• Support market and account research activities.
• Prepare meeting notes and follow-up summaries.
• Assist with pipeline generation initiatives.
• Contribute to agreed sales-related projects and assignments.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

Upcoming ERP Replacement Wave in Benelux Retail, Fashion and Distribution

• Research expected ERP replacement initiatives and market signals across the Benelux region.
• Identify market trends, business drivers, and potential opportunities relevant to Infor.

Mapping the Dutch Fashion Landscape

• Create a structured overview of relevant Dutch fashion companies.
• Analyse market segments, ownership structures, and potential alignment with Infor's solutions.

AI Business Cases in Distribution, Retail and Fashion

• Identify practical AI use cases that deliver measurable business value.
• Develop industry-relevant insights and discussion points for customer conversations.

The internship will be supported through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and a final evaluation. Performance will be assessed based on:

• Learning progress
• Quality of work
• Professional attitude
• Contribution to assignments
• Self-reflection and development

• Expected working pattern: approximately 3.5 days per week.
• Primary work location: Infor Utrecht office.
